What is STAIRs?
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements, known as STAIRs, form part of the Regulator of Social Housing's Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. The requirements are intended to help tenants access information about how their landlord is governed, how services are delivered and how homes are managed.
What is a Publication Scheme?
We will publish information about how we run our social housing management services. This is to make sure tenants can easily see how decisions are made and what services we deliver. The information we publish includes different categories, such as how we are governed, how we spend money, and how we manage homes.
Some information will be published directly on our website. Other information may be available on request where it is not routinely published. Muircroft will not automatically withhold information simply because it concerns spending or a contractor. However, tender pricing, negotiating positions, confidential terms, personal data and information whose disclosure could cause commercial harm may be withheld or redacted where appropriate.

Our Publication Scheme brings important information about Muircroft and our housing services together in one place to make it easier for our tenants to find key information.
We will actively review and update the information published to ensure it continues to stay accurate and up to date. New information will be added to the scheme when required and when we think it is useful and relevant to our tenants.

Current tenants, or their representatives, will be able to make formal requests for relevant information that is not already published.
