Awaab's Law compliance
We are committed to meeting the requirements of Awaab’s Law and ensuring damp and mould risks are identified and addressed promptly. While we have not received any reports of damp and mould to date, we continue to monitor our homes, have set reportable KPIs and maintain a proactive approach. KPI data and a copy of our procedures around Awaab’s Law are available on request and further information can be found in the government’s guidance.
We will publish reports or summaries in relation to Awaab’s Law here, along with response times for relevant emergency and significant hazards, when held.
