    Muircroft has a long history of providing our tenants with safe, well maintained homes supported by great customer service.  Our latest Tenant Satisfaction survey from 2024 shows that 95% of respondents are satisfied with our services.

    Tenant Survey Action Plan

    We have published our Action Plan for 2025 following a review of our Tenant Satisfaction survey from 2024. We provide updates on progress at our regular tenant meetings and also at our People Committee that oversees Tenant Satisfaction and Complaints.

    'You Said, We Did' Tenant survey action plan report back for 2025
