Find safety, compliance and housing-management records held by Muircroft, and learn how to request detailed information.
Some information is provided as a published summary. Detailed certificates, assessments, logs or registers may be available on request. We will review information before disclosure and may redact personal data, property identifiers, signatures, direct contact details or other sensitive information where appropriate.
Safety and compliance records
We take building safety and regulatory compliance seriously and are committed to ensuring our homes remain safe, well maintained and compliant with all relevant legal requirements. We regularly monitor compliance across the following areas:

Copies of relevant certificates, inspection reports, surveys and risk assessments are available on request, subject to any legal, security or personal data considerations.
How to request detailed information
Tell us which record, certificate, building, service or period you are interested in. We will locate and review the information, then provide it in an accessible format or explain why any part cannot be disclosed.
Why information may be redacted
- names and signatures of individual engineers, operatives or other third parties;
- personal telephone numbers and email addresses;
- property identifiers where disclosure could identify an individual or create a security risk;
- access notes, security information or safeguarding information;
- confidential or commercially sensitive information; and
- other information that it would not be reasonable or lawful to disclose.
The contractor or organisation name may remain visible where it is relevant and there is no reasonable basis to withhold it.
