Find information about Muircroft's accounts, rents, procurement and spending on social housing management services. We publish financial information that helps our tenants understand how Muircroft is funded and how money is used to manage homes and services.
Information in this class is published for the current financial year. Information from earlier periods may be available on request where it is held and can be reasonably provided.

Audited accounts and financial statements
Our audited accounts and financial statements include the following financial information:
- information about income,
- spending and use of funds
- use of grants
- service charge revenue
- rent information
Our Value for Money Statement sets out how we achieve value for money for tenants. Highlights include 68 improvement projects delivered in 2025, 97% of responsive repairs completed on time, a 100% stock condition survey programme, and continued investment in homes supported by a strong debt-free financial position.
