Repairs Performance January to September 2026

We are pleased to share our latest repairs and property compliance performance update, covering the period from January to September 2026.

During the first nine months of 2026, our repairs service continued to perform strongly, with the vast majority of repairs completed within our published target times. According to our year-to-date performance data, 97% of emergency repairs, 95% of urgent repairs and 95% of routine repairs were completed within target.

Importantly, repairs were not only completed on time but were often completed significantly faster than required. Emergency repairs took an average of just 4 hours to complete against a 24-hour target. Urgent repairs were completed in an average of 2.23 days against a 7-day target, while routine repairs were completed in an average of 7.62 days against a 28-day target.

During the period, a total of 344 repairs were completed across our homes and communal areas. These included a wide range of works such as plumbing repairs, heating and hot water repairs, electrical repairs, door and window repairs, fire safety works, kitchen improvements and bathroom improvements.

Alongside repairs performance, we continue to maintain a strong focus on statutory compliance and resident safety. Our latest compliance review shows that key safety requirements, including gas safety inspections, electrical inspections, fire risk assessments, asbestos management and legionella risk assessments, remain up to date across our schemes.

We are also pleased to report that no damp and mould cases were reported during September 2026.
