In June we issued a survey to all tenants to ask for their feedback on our repairs and maintenance service as we prepare for a competitive tendering process to appoint a new main contractor, hopefully in the spring of 2027.

The survey was an opportunity for tenants to tell us about their experience of our repairs and maintenance service, and highlight what matters most to them, and where they thought improvements could be made.
